Snow Time

It finally snowed!

And by the time I got the kids all bundled up and ready to go outside. . .

there wasn't much snow left!

Caleb wanted to make a snowman . . .

boy was that a big disappointment!

He and Sarah did have a snowball fight . . sort of. . 

it was more of them scooping up snow to throw at Mommy!

The best part of the snow time fun. . .

The end is the best part!

Getting to go inside and get toasty warm by drinking some yummy hot chocolate!

With marshmallows, of course!

After a morning of briefly playing in the snow,

warming up with some hot cocoa (as Caleb calls it),

the kids thought it would be so fun to go SWIMMING!

Caleb made a pool out of Sarah's twister game and all his blankets.

Then he went up stairs and put on his swim trunks!

He asked Sarah to join him in his pool. . .

I guess they have different opinions on what the weather is like!
